Gregory Pusey is secretary and a director of Bactolac Pharmaceutical, Inc. and has been affiliated with Bactolac since 1999.
Mr. Pusey has been engaged in the development of a number of private and public companies over the past 30 years as a founder, consultant, director and an officer. He became a director of AspenBio Pharma, Inc. (APPY) a publicly held company developing human diagnostics and animal drugs in February 2002, Chairman in May 2003 and in January 2009 was appointed to the newly created position of Vice Chairman.
Mr. Pusey is a director of PepperBall Technologies, Inc. (PBAL), a publicly held provider of non-lethal projectiles, launchers, hardware and software security related products. Since 1988, Mr. Pusey has been the President and a director of Cambridge Holdings, Ltd. (CDGD) a business and real estate development company.
Mr. Pusey graduated from Boston College with a BS degree in finance in 1974.
